“The management of this community keeps it clean and well maintained, and they have made lots of improvements. My favorite features are the three pools, that the community is gated, and that it is naturally quiet. The only drawback is the behavior of some residents. I'm not a curmudgeon, but trash/recycling not being disposed of properly, late night parties in the parking area, and unruly kids in the pools are too frequent. The management and security respond admirably, but a very few bad apples turn 5 stars into 4. The community is called "Whispering", not shouting, yelling, screeching.”
“This is a great location for the bus, centralized to medical facilities, work, restaurants, public areas and community events. Apartment totally renovated with new appliance, flooring and washer and dryers in house. They have two courtyards on each side of the complex. Parking is an issue hey have been working on.”
